Nikki has completed banking courses though John Tyler Community College, the American Institute of Banking (AIB), Virginia Bankers Association (VBA), and Bank Administration Institute (BAI).
She volunteers with United Way, Chesterfield Christmas Mother, Stop Hunger Now, and the Teach Children to Save Program.
