Good gym however constantly changing schedules and unpredictable closures result in an unsatisfactory experience. Make sure you ask and get details before,you sign!
Nice comfortable positive environment and facility. Convenient location, friendly and knowledgable staff who look happy and who are "actually FIT"! Best Group Fitness classes in the lower mainland in my opinion. Prices are reasonable for what I get out of it.
