Great place, maybe they've changed things because I found it very clean, the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I've had some really great workouts here and gotten stronger and leaner using their variety of equipment. I definitely like the Jacobs ladder and REAL StairMaster (not on of those Steppers from the 50's).
Gold's Gym is the biggest ripoff joint in the world. The owner in Calgary is a cocaine abusing self loather that has a criminal history longer than the Eifel Tower. He steals from every member while his non-english speaking wife tries to explain to you where your money went. I would reccomend Burger King over Gold's Gym because it is a healthier place.
