About a year ago I started taking Pilates lessons again and went to thios studio. I had previously done pilates for 2 years. My first set of lessons were great. My second session was awful.

I have a physical challenge in that i am unable to use my left hand, but all of my previous instructors had been able to modify movements without effecting the rest of the class. In this particular session the instructor told me that perhaps pilates was not for me. Despite only being half way through the session I never went back.
