MAC for Women is an inspirational gym that gives women the comfort they deserve. Our women's fitness center in west Houston, TX, is located right across from Memorial Athletic Club & Aquatic Center. Sculpt, shape, and create the body of your dreams! All members receive free orientation and equipment instruction. Our Pilates programs includes both mat-based and reformers. If you're looking for that extra motivation, our personal trainers will take you to a whole new level with specialized Pilates equipment, like the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Spine Corrector, and more.
