Vitality Health Food Store

I was assured that a product I purchased would be safe to use after a procedure I received. After purchasing and doing some additional research on it, I found out that this product is potentially dangerous for my medical history (even though I was explicitly assured of safety by the saleslady) and has no scientific evidence to support it.

After a far drive back to this location, I was refused a return on this product because I had made a small tear in the plastic to read the instructions. Otherwise, I did not use the product at all--it was completely re-sellable. (Also, these instructions confirmed the research I had done and contradicted what the lady told me.) After nearly 15 mins of back-and-forth and a call to the store manager, they begrudgingly returned my money after insulting my intelligence and accusing me of conjecturing a "cock and bull story".

I will not be going back to this store and I recommend that customers seek a more reputable and knowledgeable provider of their health products.
