My family are/were loyal purchasers from Hatter. However, I purchased a straw hat at the start of the summer, which was over $100. Within a week there was a split in the hat. When we took it back, we were told that it must have been that way when we purchased it and under no circumstances would we be given an exchange (note we just wanted an exchange and not our money back). In addition, the manager was quite rude. No one in my family will ever shop there again. Buyer beware!

Everyone who calls Gail Osaduke for a man's hat has been referred to this shop for over 20 years. They have been in business for over 50 years with an excellent reputation for repair services throughout North America. If they can't help you get what you want, probably no one can.
