The staff are always helpful and can usually come up with a solution for your home repair needs.

Wasted my time in the lineup at cash with a return, just to be told I have to go to customer service first...which isn't at the front enterence, than go back to cash. Aside from that as a contractor they don't want to give you any discounts. The only positive is the staff are great and generally very helpful...to bad I have to go to Home Depot for everyday value, although they have worthy sales from time to time
