I had this company pour a new porch Oct. 2021 which had to be jackhammered out as all the steps were uneven and it was sloped so water ran directly in my front door. They poured a new porch which cracked the very next day. They applied an overlay and said they would fill in the cracks, which still has not been completed. They did show up to fill in the cracks with caulk, however I did not want my $5K porch to look like it was patched with caulk. The steps do not meet code and the slope is uneven and dangerous. Contacted the city and they did not get a building permit. Here it is March 2022 and I am still trying to get this issue resolved; will not return call/texts as they know they have performed poorly for this job regardless of all the others they might have done well.
