I called to get information on making an online payment and spoke with the representative. She was kind and gave me the information I was looking for. She offered to schedule my payment, and when I declined, she didn’t try to pressure me.

I know most people cannot expect much from a company that has the job of hounding you for money that you owe, but I am giving this company a high review because my only dealing with them was positive. The staff member was very polite and helpful. I had no problem making payments, and the website was fast with emailing my receipt.

I have procrastinated for a very long time, to say the least. But I finally picked up the envelope and opened it. Once I saw how easy it was, I felt so much more comfortable; for some reason, debt has scared me but no more. Thank you for making the process easy.

I have worked with Benjamin Chase and Associates for years over the money I owed. All of the staff is helpful and non-barbaric like most places like this seem to be. The worst thing I have ever experienced with this company is that at one time in 10 years, they did not return a phone call. Make sure before you rant about something and give someone a bad review you are doing the right thing. Pay your bills, and it wouldn't be a problem you need to deal with.

The staff at Benjamin Chase and Associates were great to help and talked me through it and set me up with a great plan which helps me out; it sucks when you get letters like this but helps when you get understanding people who make you feel better about the situation.

The people at Benjamin Chase and Associates are polite, patient, helpful, and understanding. I can’t believe I’m giving a debt collector a 5-star review. But I have had nothing but a good experience paying down some debt I owed to a hospital after emergency surgery. And insurance didn’t cover all of it. They call and allow you to pay what you can. And they have set up one call per month when I’m due to pay a little. I have had months where I could only pay $20. All I can tell you is at least attempt to pay SOMETHING. Every month and you will not be turned into collections and have a hit on your credit report. No issues here. And I keep knocking my balance down every month. Very professional and knows what they are doing.

I’m extremely satisfied with the assistance I received today. Benjamin Chase and Associates walked me through the process of where I needed to email my receipt of payment that I’ve made in the months before the negative remark it had on my report. However, it was still affecting my credit score negatively as a late payment because my receipt was never sent over to them by the previous property manager—awesome and helpful staff. Great experience with Benjamin Chase and Associates. The great company worked with me to pay off my debt and delete derogatory marks from my credit report.
