This is my first good experience with a credit collection agency. I had a small item I had been unaware of in collections with Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services. When they called, I asked for some information and a follow-up from one of the representatives. He called me back within minutes with the clarity I needed. The owner even advised him how to resolve things expediently and to my benefit. I’d advise anyone talking to BCRS to relax, be courteous and professional (not my first inclination when contacted about a debt, candidly), and see things through to a resolution. The Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services team was thoughtful and pleasant with me, and their efforts saved me quite a bit of time and unpleasantness.

These folks have a job to do; somebody has to do it. Be polite and explain the situation if they’re calling you by mistake. They may ask you some questions; remain polite and calm. I feel these people are professional; they will apologize/rectify the situation if any mistakes are made. There was only one time that my wife tried to negotiate with the lady on the phone, but she would always get cut off and belittled her about her finances.

I was initially skeptical about sending any balances below $100 to collections because I have heard from numerous people that collection agencies only go after the big $. This is not the case with Benjamin Chaise Recovery Services! I have been very pleased with the work BCRS has been doing for our medical practice's outstanding debt, and I love that I can access our accounts 24/7 to see what is being worked and collected upon.
