I am extremely disappointed with the results of my surgical grafts. When I attended my first consult, they advised me that most patients need two sessions to create density to obtain a natural appearance. I had my first surgery in 2015 and the second in 2016. Now 2017, I am left with hideous plug like grafts, which are very visible with deep indentations and large gaps between grafts. I have gotten a second opinion from a surgeon in Montreal and they confirmed that Dr. Gallant utilizes an outdated technique and professional surgeon do not utilize this method anymore because of the disappointing results. He also advised me that he has numerous customers from Hairfax consulting him to fix the hideous surgical grafts that Dr. Gallant performed. The surgeons in Montreal were also considerably less expensive and significantly more professional. If you are thinking of having hair graft done, I greatly urge you to go outside the province for the procedure and do some research before committing to this very expensive procedure.
