We are both South Florida native chefs. Centralized in the ethnic melting pot of Miami. We both have the same common denominator, a passion for food! We started Taste of 305 as a catering services. After a few years of repeatedly hearing how we should open our own restaurant, we did the next best thing and had a food truck built. It would be our platform to show people the many authentic flavors of all the different Latin ethnicity you find in this culture rich city of Miami. We are family owned and operated. We take much pride in every dish that comes out of our kitchen. By using the freshest ingredients and flavors we are able to provide the highest quality product at an affordable price. Now more hen ever we can fulfill our mission in creating memorable experiences through a welcoming atmosphere, spectacular service and exceptional food!
