Management bullies staff and parents, board of directors has zero control. Club has lost more athletes and coaches in two years than they have in the 8 years I've been there.It's saddening to see what's happening to this club, and that the board can't do something to save West Wind. There are a lot of kids that would like to return but wont under the current management..
