I chose to go into medicine because my mom was a nurse and I saw how she impacted people?s lives with kindness and compassion. Kindness is such an important part of how I practice medicine. I have always been interested in neurology and how it can impact people?s lives. I am passionate about veteran healthcare as I am a veteran myself and so is my husband. The most gratifying part of medicine is seeing my patients improve but also getting to know them.
