I didn't get the name of the driver (sorry!), but he was very courteous and professional during the delivery. Unfortunately, we didn't know he had arrived and placed the cube on the driveway before we noticed. However, the cube was placed where we wanted it, so no issues at all. Would highly recommend CubeIt.

I have never dealt with such incompetence. Ordered a container, received a message confirming where the container should be placed (left side of driveway with doors facing house). I even marked it on the driveway ahead of time.

They placed it past the house with doors facing the backyard! I called and talked with someone for 30 minutes (India Call Centre??) and all they could do is make excuses and say it was my fault and must pay to have it moved. Anyone who speaks the English language would agree that even their description of where it was to be placed is not where it was place. I finally asked to speak to a manager and they seemed to understand the issue but have not heard back. I have dealt with a company called PODS before and had no issues.

I can understand mistakes being made but the customer should not spend hours to convince a company to do what they already agreed to do and also try to make me pay extra for their mistake.

On time every time for drop off and pick up. Used for storage twice during our move. Cost effective and very good customer service.

The agents I spoke with were friendly, patient, and helpful. They addressed all my concerns and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated their support and professionalism throughout the move.

Connor from the customer service department was absolutely fantastic. He was so chipper and helpful. I didn't catch the delivery drivers name but he was also fantastic and great to deal with.

Overall a good experience. Ensure you note the storage container number. Wrong unit was delivered but was quickly rectified. Communication was great throughout the entire process.
