As we’ve been hosting our many debriefs for our Governors’ Dinner on Dec. 4th, we keep hearing rave reviews of the menu and the outstanding cater staff. You and your team have been a pleasure to work with, which is of primary importance to us. Your professionalism, service-minded support and expertise were large contributing factors to the successfulness of the evening. I can honestly say this was one of the most successful events I’ve worked. Everyone came together and worked seamlessly. The caterers, the servers, bartenders, the list goes on. Everyone was focused and communicating. Truly an example of how things should work.

Our last count was around 760 guests, not counting bands and entourages which were probably another 80… my hat is off to everyone for their tremendous help. All around it was an awesome night.

Mon ami… this is one of the most genuine & heartfelt notes of congratulations & thanks I have ever written! Your team at our home last night set a new high mark - we’ve never seen such creativity resourcefulness (given the rain that only ended minutes before the event began), beautiful attitude, service AND over-the-top 5 Spectacular food. The only chef I will ever accept in our home from now on is Simon - the man is an absolute artist, he is so genuinely proud of his work and also has the most perfect attitude! Beyond everything else, thank you for adjusting the price to try and fit within the requirements of a fundraising event.

I have copied Gary who also deserves to be thanked for having pulled together such an impeccable production for us last night. Even though I am not paying the bill this time, I would ask that you guys add an extra $50 per staff member that was there last night- and I will happily explain the extra expense to my friend Rocco who is ultimately approving your invoice to the Liberal Party.

Dear Peter,

We didn‘t have a chance to meet, for which I‘m sorry, but I got your email from the wonderful Jennifer Bassett, and wanted to write, however delinquent, to say thank you immensely for your wonderful contribution to the success of the evening!

The entire event was a labor of love on so many levels it's quite breathtaking! Those of us at the Foundation were profoundly touched by the generosity of so many sponsors who came on board, often later in the day, as you did, and made the entire evening possible, and gracious in the process!

The performers were so grateful for, and appreciative of your services, and several of them complimented us on your efforts! The praise entirely belongs to you (as I pointed out), and with it our enormous gratitude. A remarkable amount of money was raised by the evening, and it continues to materialize - all of which will go directly to the projects we exist to support. It simply would not have been possible without the generous and thoughtful contributions like yours. It makes it all Worthwhile and principled and concretely meaningful for so many grandmothers, the orphaned grandchildren in their care, and the courageous and resilient people living With HIV and AIDS Whose terrific Work We support.

Thank you and your team for making this years PROM the best one yet! All in all, we welcomed over 700 guests and we are receiving positive feedback non-stop since we closed doors on Saturday. Most of the comments rave about two things - food and decor. Presidential Gourmet's involvement definitely elevated our event to the next level - one that will be hard to top next year (but we will). So thank you!

I know you worked especially closely on this event and made sure that every element was perfect. And it was.
