Very professional and thorough job. Right from the first meeting with Kevin to the finish of the installation, it was a very transparent dealing including the installation price negotiations, timelines etc.
The installers were knowledgeable and did a very neat job and cleaned up the entire space they used once they were done.

Recently had a service done with them and they did an excellent job. Very professional and efficient. We had our patio door done as well as the front door, and everything went smoothly, it is exactly what we are looking for.

We chose Arctic Windows to replace the windows in our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, family room, basement office and foyer. Mike Nolet was the representative who first came to our home to present various options for different types of windows. We had 5 separate companies give us quotes and suggestions. While Arctic Windows was not the lowest price, Mike’s professionalism and detailed drawings were hands down the very best. My husband and I also checked numerous reviews for each company under consideration and were quite pleased with what we read about Arctic Windows. We went to the company’s showroom to actually view the various windows and Mike met us there along with Alex Nolet. This is a family run operation and they have been in the business a long time….and it shows.
The 2 installers were Nikolai and Alex and they were excellent! It took 3 days total to install everything and each time, they were polite, punctual and professional. Nikolai is a veteran installer with a keen eye for details and Alex is also great at the interior jobs. We were thoroughly satisfied with their work. They were even able to remove the shutters and shades on our windows and reinstall them perfectly once the job was complete. Also, they completely cleaned up everything prior to leaving at the end of each day
Without hesitation, we highly recommend Arctic Windows when considering the purchase of new windows. You won’t be sorry.

Highly recommend. You get a premium product, installed very professionally. Both Alex and Mike gave helpful advice when going through my options. They were very flexible, transparent, and patient. Mykola and Alex did our installation, and they were very professional, hardworking, and talented. It was a pleasure working with the whole team, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. The pictures were taken a few days after installation, so I still need to paint the casing.

Great experience with Arctic Vinyl, Mike came out to our house a few years apart as we weren’t ready the first time. This year he came out, and was more than patient as we went through about 30 options on doors this spring.

Delivery and install were right around the time frame originally given.

Dimitri was great, punctual, cleaned up when he was all done, and went above and beyond taking our old doors hardware off for us since we wanted to keep that.

We also love our door! The colour came out better than expected, went with a custom colour to bring a bit more life to the door.

What I liked about Arctic, was they were the only company that supplied the hardware, and would re install our ring doorbell for us. Truly a one stop shop!

I was very happy with the work Mike and his team did. We were looking to replace all the windows and patio door in our house. Mike was very knowledgeable from the start, and he helped explain various aspects of windows and provided a quote for us. Arctic Vinyl's quote was competitive with the other quotes we received while shopping around, but ultimately, we liked the quality and lifetime warranty on the windows so we decided to go with Arctic Vinyl. At no point did they give us pressure to choose them.

The installation team as very professional and friendly as well. The job took close to a week, but they always left the house in a clean condition for the evening. The job was done very well, there hasn't been any issues with the windows, and they did a great job - the trims look amazing and the caulking lines were very clean.

It was a wonderful experience working with Mike and we would recommend Arctic Vinyl to anyone!

I got my Windows installed in 2 phases. The front of the house was completed in 2024 and the back of the house in 2025. Kevin my Sales Rep, was very patient with me, walked me through the process and answered all my questions. The installers from 2024 (Riza) and (Dimitri) 2025, along with their teams are absolute professionals. They ensured all the necessary areas were covered to protect the homeowners property. I would like to thank Alex, (the man behind the scenes,) 😆 he was very prompt to reply to my phone messages, answered additional questions/concerns.
