Previously, Frank was a Vice President at JP Morgan with finance responsibilities in various business units including providing financial advice relating to stock options, restricted stock, deferred compensation and other executive compensation programs. Frank started his career working with companies in the consumer, health care and non-profit industries in the New York office of Ernst & Young, as a part of the firm’s Audit division. Frank graduated summa cum laude with a BS- Finance from the Carrol School of Management at Boston College.
