Visited the office today at 5:46 pm
Then lady there ranted about closing time n she can’t do much she was rude called me a liar I was advised by the call centre to go there n book a smaller space if required n I will get 49 hrs to move ahead said I am liar it not 49 hrs it 24 hrs . Her English pathetic .ahe was just looking to close the place n run home she was so upset o came in at 5:46 . Very bad service .when I first booked I was booked at the wrong location then I spend 2 hrs to rectify that now when I have to move to smaller storage I get wrong information and a rude lads at the front desk . Screaming plz watch the cctv footage and educate your people to be kinda and talk proper respectful English . Asked for her name she gave me the wrong name Fornado . Disgusting and so disappointed with ur Self storage n customer service . Pathetic rude and no manners for talking . Don’t work of all u want to do is close n run home stay home . I had to leave work early to get to ur storage before it closes in the rain n when we come we are told I can’t do much as it closing and I am
A liar for just saying wat the contact centre told me plz listen to the call from ur contact centre called in on Wednesday 21st in the afternoon . Listen to call n let me know who is a liar . Train ur people to speak the same language and be calibrated on the policy . I have a picture of ur front desk person but I rather not expose here publicly
