I was in Zehrs on Tuesday February 2nd at around 4:15 looking to get some kind of help with how to go about flowers for someone for a special occasion. very disappointing how the woman at the counter helped me this evening. i asked the woman if you delivered and what kinda flowers she could offer for the price i wanted to spend. the woman answered deliveries 9$ and from there whatever else you want. Then she turned her back started doing other things i stood there for a few seconds she turned back said nothing again and I awkwardly walked away and said maybe id think about it. Some people are not meant to be working with customers this women is definitely one of them!!! I can't believe people actually hold a job being this way when dealing with customers!!!

Rude and completely disrespectful. I am surprised he is still employed. I would never go back to the store as a result.

Ask for a manager he aid he was the manager. Too bad Zehrs

On April 16th, I was in your store, picking up some last minute items for a birthday party I was throwing for my daughter. One of the things I was picking up was a cake that I had previously ordered. The cake was great, but when I got to the checkout, I dropped it and it splattered everywhere. I was so upset, I was already in a rush and stressed out. The woman at the check out, Luane immediately started helping clean the mess and a wonderful employee named Barb came to my rescue. She told me not to worry and that she would do everything she could to fix it. She personally took me back to the very busy bakery and told the baker, Amanda, what had happened. Amanda said that it was not a problem and immediately started making a brand new cake for me! The cake was completed in 10 minutes and looked just as good as the other one that I had dropped. Thank you so much, I am so grateful to your employees. They made my day and I was able to make my daughters day!

I shop at Zehrs often..very often..last time I checked my banking statement, I was there 17 times in a month!
I am always satisfied with the service, produce, selection, etc.
However, I purchased 2 items on a Thursday, returned the Friday, and noticed they went on sale for more than 50% off. I went to customer service with my receipt expecting the difference in price refunded to me. When the cashier informed me that was not part of their policy, I was shocked. I know of many other competitors who offer this, and do not understand how Zehrs cannot. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was disappointed in his attitude/response. He confirmed they will not refund the difference, and that "it would be too much trouble for the girls". He said he would inform head office of my complaint, and went on his way. He seemed very aloof and bothered that he had to speak to a customer. I saw him immediately after this incident in the produce section, and he had a smirk on his face and laughing; it could be completely unrelated, but after the attitude he had, I would not be surprised if he was mocking me and the situation.

After year's of shopping at your store,on Morrison,I'm very disappointed at the closing of the 1-8 Item check out,I feel you are forcing customer's to use the self serve,(which I have no Intention of useing),next you will be asking customer's to stack the shelves.The staff are not at fault, There is just not enough of them,and they have to listen to customer complaint's.What happened to customer service?
I'm not alone in these complaint's,One gentleman was asking to see the Manager,but he was too busy,yes that's the message he got off the manager.

I was recently in Zehr's and while normally pleased to shop there, this time I was so disappointed I will likely never shop there again. First of all, the front entrance was blocked by some worker man, I had a cart with a baby carrier in it and in the pouring rain had to walk to the other door, over speed bumps. Then once I got inside, most every section was blocked with people restocking, the freezer section was practically empty. At least 15 items I specifically shopped for were not in stock or in the emptied out freezer zone. What was happening? I can understand the need to fix things (Ie..the front door problem whatever it was) but at noon on a weekday? Why can't problems be fixed prior to opening to customers. As well, why at noon on a Tuesday was so much restocking necessary that workers were blocking sections. Can restocking be done prior to opening. I sincerely doubt some Tuesday morning rush emptied shelves?? Very disappointed.

as an employer... not so good, uncareing and indifferent as far as the people that work for them
