Lockbox Storage

Mark and his facility have been so great. The lockers are clean and bug and animal free. I used this facility for over two years storing my worldly belongings and never had any issues. The hours are also a reason to use them as it’s 24 hour access. Thank you to Mark and his staff I highly recommend this facility if you need to store anything.

Racism is not acceptable. Imagine making comments like this while publically showing the business you run. I will not support this business and have forwarded the owners comments to current users of his facility. Crazy behavior.

This was the most simplest process and easiest place. I've ever had to store anything. The 24 hour access the security measures and the complete politeness of the checking staff were awesome. I can't recommend this place enough.

Absolute wonderful personable customer service. Mark wants you to get the storage you need at the least price and will amend your contract if you needs change pain free.
They also notified me of when I left once and left my door open and actually locked it for me.

New clean units, cameras everywhere, easy personal access 24/7 and super nice friendly staff. Best storage place I've ever used.

Great location just a few blocks from highway 1. Rented a unit for two years and had zero issues. The on site employees are friendly and easy to deal with.

Great place. I've been a customer for over a year, and the staff are amazing.

I called in a bit of a rush needing a spot for my car for winter, and within a week I had a good two door clean bay and some new locks on the doors. Had no issues with my spot, my car was safe, in large secure yard, key pad gate and lots of cameras. and I was treated with all the respect and courtesy you’d expect and hope from a local business. Would highly recommend, would defiantly use again. Thanks for the help!

Lockbox takes care of all your storage needs and then some! I often catch myself wanting to buy things that I know I’ll never use, just so that I have an excuse to store more stuff with lockbox!

So I didn't rent anything from them, this review is for professionalism and how they were to deal with over the phone. The owner is extremely polite and they have great customer service. If it wasn't for fact that i need only a 10x10 and they only had a 10x15 available I would have went with them. They have great security, he said 30 cameras and no blind spots, barbed wire fence, pin code entry, and that not a single storage unit has ever been broken into, however the trailers have been. However coming from the owner, having never had a unit robbed is an amazing track record! Security is top notch at this joint! He told me about the buildings and they were described as being insulated, secure and dry. I recommend them for sure! Even though I didn't rent from them in the end, I was going to if there wasn't a smaller unit available at a closer storage facility. Very satisfied with my experience with them though, and I almost feel sorry that I didn't go with them! They deserved my business, I will say that for a fact!

Mark was super easy to deal with, the 24hr access was a huge bonus. I really appreciated the location being closer to The outskirts of town, just outside of Redcliff! I would definitely use these guys in The future for any of my storage needs, always treated with respect, no hidden fees or sleazy tactics. You won’t be disappointed storing your belongings here, highly recommended!!
