J.McLaughlin is located on Bridge Avenue in the downtown region of the seaside borough of Bay Head. Our area has roots back to the late nineteenth century, with founders from places such as New York and Princeton. Bay Head is full of great eateries—you'll want to pick up a delicious, handmade crumb cake from Mueller's Bakery and eat oysters at Charlie's. After you've perused the quaint little shops and dining spots around us, take a trip to Bay Head Beach. Our borough is also near Point Pleasant, where you can enjoy a day out getting on rides at Jenkinson's Boardwalk or learning about aquatic creatures at Jenkinson's Aquarium. Two of the bed and breakfast establishments that guests love in our area include the cozy Bentley Inn and Bay Head Sands. Visitors also stay at The Grenville Hotel and Restaurant, a Victorian Gingerbread spot by the ocean with casual rooms and suites. J.McLaughlin is a proud member of the Bay Head Chamber of Commerce. We participate in town-wide events such as the Bay Head and Mantoloking Garden Club's tour and Art in the Park events.
