A week ago i went to this food basics location and had a very bad experiance..as per the store policy pasted on the window it says if you not satisfied with your product you can return it with thr reciept..
yet yhe girl in the counter 6 was not ready to do so (Bad coconuts) instead even when pointing out their policy..she then came with a floor supervisor who had nothing to do with produce was very rude..and said I can't change this go and come another day and he don't want to waste time with me..I felt so angry and humilated the way he was brushing me aside and the guesture ..I do not know who calls himself supervisor do not know the basic rules of the store and do not know how to treat a customer..

However when we contacted the owner Mr.Ed he was so understanding..and immediately asked the girl in the counter 6 to obey the store rules ..so hat's off to him for saving me from total humilation..from that supervisor and that girl..

So friends if you come across bad customer service in this location do not hessitate contact the store owner who will come to your rescue..

My daughter a lawyer was about to take this matter to court(consumer/fair practise) dropped the idea as soon as she spoke to the owner ..Who was so understanding..
