About Historic Nauvoo North Visitors' Center
Nauvoo, Illinois, was the headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1839 to 1846. Today, visitors enjoy tours and activities in historic homes, shops, and other buildings. A visitors' center offers an exhibit about the city as a "cornerstone of Zion."
