Canada Safeway Ltd

Just got back from this Safeway. I returned 24 plastic 2L bottles for deposit refund. I was given $2.80 after waiting quite a while in line at express checkout because there was nobody at the Customer Service desk, which speaks for how much they care about customer service.
But here is the math: 24 x $0.20 = $4.80, so the cashier stole from me 2 dollars. Today's cashier (aka thief) name is Darlene B. Another blonde, younger lady cashier stole from me a few months back, but I don't remember her name.
Manager of this store, if you are reading this, please fire Darlene B. Otherwise, I will never step in your store again.
Customers of this store, please join me and help me get them out of business. Stop shopping here until all these criminals are fired by their manager as a sign that he or she cares about customer experience!
