Welcome. I am delighted you are visiting this site. Ever since I can remember, I have had a deep desire to help others. My entire career has been dedicated to this calling – and it’s just like this: I absolutely love, love, love the variety, profound gratification, and experiences this calling brings into my life. As a social worker for 27 years, I’ve heard it all. In fact, I believe there is nothing anyone could say to me that I have not already heard. I specialize in helping people overcome issues with stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem/worth, fears and phobias, money blocks, comfort eating, addictions, and self-sabotaging behaviours to name a few.
