The rental was made easy and very clean. Front desk Bonnie was awesome and very helpful. She came to the locker to make sure it was satisfactory and ready. Showed us how the lock worked and went over the security in place. Will definitely use again and will tell others.

When we decided where to go for a a locker or two, we were happy to hear that the west side branch. Had security guards and cameras, and I felt very comfortable, leaving my stuff in their storage lockers, we have two of them actually, and I haven't had any trouble happy to be a customer to them

Great experience with Apple Storage! Rented a locker for a few months while we were in progress of listing and selling our house, then moving. I felt confident that my belongings were safe, dry and clean. Very easy process to get started and a seamless process when we were finished. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed!

I am more then please with apple storage. I had my belongings in there almost six months, never had one single issue, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and consistent. I would absolutely say if your looking for storage go to apple self storage.

My mother rented a unit, every time we would come to drop off or pick up items, her code took multiple tries to get in the gate, sometimes could not get in at all. No one was ever around for assistance and even calling the main office or local office led no where. When we finally moved her items out, I accidentally went to the unit next to hers and the key she purchased with lock from apple actually unlocked someone's lock. I would buy your own lock from somewhere else, if you plan to rent a unit there.

The young man who manages this property is very friendly and helpful. This has made our transition from one property to another easier. I appreciate his upbeat personality!

Easiest place to deal with so far! They were fast and friendly with a variety of unit sizes available. I was happy to see they even offer storage guidelines and recommendations to help products your items, including pallets in the lockers to keep your items of the ground. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone interested in storage space!
