Today I booked my storage with Acces Storage. The person who attended to me was so nice, she gave me a tour of the location and showed me the different options I have.

The 4 stars are because I didn't have one month free. After all, I had my goods at Flex Spaces. Here is what I always regret: the good prices and promotions are for the new ones, if you are a loyal client you don't get it. That's the reward for your loyalty.

I recently rented a storage unit here and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure with easy access. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The pricing is fair, and I appreciated the flexibility in unit sizes. AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS I AM COMPELLED TO WRITE THIS

I encountered a series of issues with my storage unit at Access Storage, which remain unresolved till today.
I booked a storage unit with this facility from October 28, 2024, to January 4, 2025, paying all in advance as i have to travel abroad. Upon my return to Canada on the night of December 31, 2024, I stayed in a hotel and arranged for a U-Haul the following morning to move my belongings into my home.
However, upon arriving at Access Storage on January 1, 2025, I discovered that my access was blocked. I immediately contacted customer service, explained the situation, and clarified that I had prepaid for the storage until January 4, 2025. After several attempts, and making me stand outside the storage, the storage manager arrived after about 3 hours. He rectified the issue with my account, and granted me access. I appreciated SANDEEP for being supportive and coming to help me on a holiday.
Unfortunately, due to the holiday, the manager had to leave shortly thereafter.

When I was finally able to access my storage unit, I was shocked to find that the roof had a hole in it, and many of my belongings, including clothing boxes and other merchandise, had been damaged by water. I immediately took photos and contacted the manager again to show him the extent of the damage.
On the first week of January 2025, I followed up with an email detailing the damage to my items, but I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. Despite making several visits to the facility, no one has addressed the situation or provided assistance.
I would like to express how deeply frustrated and mentally distressed I have been throughout this process. The damage to my belongings, the lack of communication, and the absence of support have caused significant inconvenience. What is the fun of insuring the unit of you don’t want to compensate?

I cannot recommend Access Storage based on my experience.

Gayatri helped a lot with finding the right unit size and providing a great deal as well..

Gayatri was super helpful from beginning to end with my stoage unit rental. She was super informative and I can tell she enjoys her job.

The hallways of the facility are nice and wide so you can move pallets around without having to worry about bumping into the walls.

They have a pump truck/pallet jack there if you need to move anything around - free of charge. You just need to inform the employee prior to using it so they can reserve it for you.

There's also dolly's there to use - around 4 from what I counted. The loading dock is spacious and they have a hydraulic system installed to get things onto the dock.

From all the storage units we visited, this one had the best deal and was clean and spacious. Other ones we went to were kind of run down and had a stench to it. Did I mention the facility is also temperature controlled?

I won't be needing the unit for long and will probably return it in the near future, but if I ever needed another to rent, this is where I'll be going to.

Best customer service. Smooth move in and always had a smile on her face.would definitely recommend coming here for storage and would recommend talking to Gayatri. She was the best and made me feel welcome

This location is very clean and the staff was so nice and friendly special Jeff he's so sweet he helping me to fill the paperwork and explained very well the policy, his one of the good staff that I've ever meet with a good heart and a helping hand.

Its been amazing services and top of that Ms Gayatri has been really supportive and helpful to understand the whole process and make the transition more smooth.

Very helpful staff. Has 2 loading docks which is great. New mng got new trolleys and pump truck. It is a busy place at times as it shares a dock with a business which can be frustrating. Hopefully the new mng puts garbage bins back and keeps the place clean and in order.

Sandeep is awesome. BEST MAN. Helped me most when I needed a new unit. Gave a great deal and loved his energy. I am always coming here now onwards
