Just used the four largest washers at $15.75 each and they didnt release enough water. I called the attendant over to see and she agreed. She told me she would put all 4 washers to wash again once they were done. When they were done i called her over to see that the washed clothes were dry or barely wet and unwashed. She called over another attendant who agreed as well. Even though the washers were 3/4 filled or less and unwashed the manager (Carmela D) refused to reput the 4 machines to rewash. I asked her to please call her and the attendant did and Carmela D offered one machine but that was ALL. I spent almost $64 washing and still have to go somewhere else to pay and wash/dry my clothes. This is so unfair and i cant believe the behavior of this manager after her workers told her what they saw and agreed on my behalf. The sad part theres others having issues too but dont want to complain because like they said they won't do anything about it.
