In 2005 and 2006 Mike Geoghegan successfully lobbied on behalf of the Council of Construction Trades Associations (COCTA) to have the BC government introduce a multi-million dollar apprenticehip training tax credit (ATTC).
I don't know much about this sort of thing but I'm guessing from the rating you gave this review that the ATTC is a good thing?:)
