Needed a last-minute unit and Simer, the store manager, made the whole process so easy. Super kind, accommodating (even with my kids there), and professional. The place is clean, modern, with secure locks, pinpad access, and convenient drive up units. Got a great deal too! I highly recommend Sentinel Storage on Roper Road!

Wow very nice people are working. Both of are very helpful. There are is very Clean out Side and in side storage areas as well. Mr. Simer Singh help me to find good storage. He went out of his way to explain the charges, terms and conditions and the entry/exit process in very clear, easy to understand detail. Very good experience with my in-person rental, do not recommend to do it online. I had a very annoying experience due to how they ask for information, and that you will be talking to a person who works at a call centre, therefore giving a 4 star, not 5

They are patient and were able to help me get the locker I needed at the price I wanted despite encountering the minor 'hiccups' along the way. Highly recommend 😎
