I found it quite easy to just walk in and sign up for a unit! Dean made the whole process light and friendly. I got a pretty good deal on the first couple months of my lease and the facility has always been clean and safe every time I’ve popped into my unit to pick up/drop off something. I even ran into dean sweeping the hallways once :) I’ll continue to store here because of how simple the flow is, whether self serve or not.

Dean was so kind and helpful as my company moved into our new storage unit! The initial move in took a while only because my manager had given my name to put on the contract and it seemed like maybe this wasn't transferred onto the paperwork on Sentinel's end. Also, our storage unit is quite frustrating to open and close, something with the locking system? But it was very clean upon arrival!

This company is great! The customer service rep on the phone was a pleasure to interact with. And Kerri at our location was just wonderful! The facility is so well run, it's refreshing after dealing with other places that were disorganized and poorly kept. I definitely feel confident storing with Sentinel.

A friend recommended Sentinel to me when looking for a storage unit. I think I picked the busiest day of the week to rent! But the experience was very good and with a little patience I had my lock on the door and security codes and access. Good pricing and everything was explained thoroughly during the booking process. Unit was clean and dry.

I am leaving this regard ew to let people in Edmonton know about the incredible service that Sentinal self storage in High Park offers. The units are spacious and well maintained, that's a basic expectation! However what really stands out is the team of individuals that are there to help you! Kari and her team are wonderful to deal with, professional and courteous, they endeavour to make everything as easy as possible for convenience. Finally a company that respects the time of their clients, and uses their professional etiquette to fully respect their clients who they value! I can't say enough about their services, if i ever need a unit again i will run not walk to Sentinel self storage in High Park

The staff are helpful and informative, I felt my belongings were as safe as could be. Easy to access and easy to navigate.

The units are well maintained and clean. Access to get in and out of the site is very good and secured. We experienced no issues over the years of using the storage unit. Highly recommend the company and location.

The gentleman we talked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Storage areas were tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Kerri was fantastic with helping me open one of our storage units. I didn't have the latch pulled all the way to unlock it;therefore, the door wouldn't open. Kerri gently said "It's not frozen. You simply didn't pull it all the way to unlock." She didn't say it negatively just politely and helped me laugh about it. Highly recommend this Sentinel. The staff are AWESOME!🥰❤️
