Always clean extremely friendly staff at the 45th St. location. If any issues arose were very quick to resolve. Definitely recommend this location. Even with the office having moved to a different location the service is second to none. Amazing people and service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Manager Pamela Vandale made my experience so easy and pleasurable. She explained everything so clearly. The unit was very clean. Pamela walked me through the paperwork and showed me how to get into my unit. I would highly reccomended Access Storage. Pamela's kindness and great knowledge is a big asset to your company.
It was an amazing experience out there. I deal with Pamela (store manager) at airport location and ruchir as well on different location .overall staff is very professional and respectful.

Booked a storage unit online and then received a phone call the next day to be informed that my storage unit was given away to someone. They have yet to return the money that they charged my credit card Horrible experience, please don’t waste your time with this company

I got confused about where the exit keypad was. I was keying into the one on main building rather than the one by the posts. Another client showed where to keyout
