Crystal Haus, CRNP Crystal Haus, CRNP, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology, with a past focus in primary care, GI, pain management, and palliative medicine — providing the foundation for her work in cardiology. She received her Bachelor Degree in Nursing with a minor in psychology and a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Crystal Haus sees patients ages 18 years and older.
