Cindy destroyed the lives of a couple in Aurora, by acting as dual agent an selling their home for less than half of what they paid for it. This at a time when inventory was so low that others in the market were able to sell for hundreds of thousands over asking price. She never once contacted the majority interest seller, and made sure that sellers homestead exemptions and rights were ignored. I wouldn't recommend Cindy N Luke if she was the last broker on Earth. She continues to blame the victims of her unconscionable acts and has yet to put things right through her e&o insurance provider. The worst profit before people example I have ever seen. Please don't reward someone who is capable of such atrocious acts with your business. If she can get away with it once who knows what she can come up with next.
