David Wasitowski

David has over 25 years of financial management and operations experience in the regulated financial services industry. He brings this expertise to Union Capital Group as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, where he directs the financial and compliance aspects of the business including accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring. He coordinates closely with the Executive Management and Investment Advisory teams. Prior to joining UCAP, David held positions as Senior Auditor for the Bank of New York, Treasurer for Refco, Inc., Controller for the Agency Trading Division of Pershing, LLC, Chief Financial Officer for Pershing Trading Company, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating office at Pali Capital Group. As a senior member of the Pali Capital Group Executive Management team, David was successful in managing the financial and operations aspects of the firm during a rapid growth phase which included expansion to both Europe and Asia. David received a BA in Finance from Rutgers University School of Business.
