I’ve had a very positive experience at this location. The facilities are new and are kept in good condition. The floors appear to be mopped daily. The staff were extremely helpful when I first moved, especially Charles-Hugh, who went out of his way to accommodate my special needs. I would highly recommend this location because it’s very quiet and the loading dock is enormous, and very easy to back up to. The freight elevator is large and there are numerous carts and pallet jacks too. Five stars all the way.

This company treats people in a better way than any Fortune 500 company I have yet to come across . Aside from the fact that the storage units are beyond spacious clean and properly ventilated.
Alex is one hell of decent and good business man , speaks in a very professional manner and talks to you with the upmost respect.

Thinking back on different parts of our big move across the country to Montreal, the Entreposage Montreal Mini-Storage on rue Hodge in Ville Saint-Laurent was a good experience. The place is clean, security is tight, the cost and contract were exactly as they explained them (no ugly surprises!), and the manager on duty was friendly and professional. Everything worked out as planned.
On a final note, they sell a special lock if you need one, and it is brilliant.
