First time at Beer Kitchen and it was a great experience. Best burger I've had in a while. Service was attentive, friendly, and fast. Appreciated the mocktail was full size. Would definitely come again!

Enjoyed our dining experience. But had trouble finding a parking space. Here they are OpenGL one in Strang Hall. Better place for us to visit.

First time visitors. Food was good and the service was great. I will be honest, I had the burnt ends
Burger, I forgot I wasn't fond of bbq sauce on my burgers. I should have gone with something else. Get the sweet potato fries, they were delicious

Beer Kitchen in Kansas City has some seriously tasty food. The truffle fries were a standout, especially with their variety of aioli's. The horseradish aioli was to die for (I’ve even tried to recreate it at home) and I’d definitely order those fries again. The mini sliders were good, though if you’re really hungry, you might want a second order. I came during happy hour, and honestly, that’s when I’d recommend going. The $5 sangria was just okay, heavy on the brandy, so I’d try a different drink next time. Overall, I’d absolutely come back for the same food and to sample something new from the drink menu.

This is a very nice spot. Spacious and well decorated. Customer service is very good. I was acknowledged as soon as I got in. I sat at the bar as I was making a to go order. I ordered the brisket nachos and while I was waiting I was given a glass of water that I didn't have to ask for. The food came quickly and was delivered to me with a smile. All in all it was a pleasant transaction and I definitely will be going back.

Not only is the food excellent, but our service was also great.
We ordered the smokestack, truffle parm fries, and the cheese, corn, pepper dip. My husband is certain the burger was the best he’s ever had. The patty was perfection. Add the smoked Gouda, crispy jalapeños, BBQ, and burn ends and the burger goes next level. Best burnt ends, by FAR!

We stopped for lunch on our way to the Kansas City Airport our last day in Kansas City.

We found free street parking about a block from Beer Kitchen. Honestly, we were a bit worried leaving our stuff in the car as the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but no problem.

The place is a bar that serves meals. Limited seating was close to being filled when we arrived. The staff all seem to enjoy working there and help create the atmosphere that is almost "hippie" like.

The menu is essentially typical comfort food. Lots of beer on tap that is good and cold.

Bathroom could be cleaner but it does get a lot of use.

We were seated quickly, service was perfect! We were surprised to be seated quickly it was pride parade weekend and it was definitely lively and loud, not the normal atmosphere but we didn't mind. Enjoyed a few of our favorites. We brought our out of town family to enjoy the local fair.

Our server was excellent and the food was great! The burger with burnt ends and a side of parmesan fries is definitely recommended. Also, if you want something a little less heavy but still delicious, get a salad with grilled chicken. The chicken that they add to the salads has a nice charcoal flavor. Fantastic beer selection!

I’ve never had a bad meal here. Their burgers are really tasty and so are their salads. You have to get the fries and try some of their sauces - so good! They have a very wide assortment of beers as well as a cocktail and non alcoholic menu. Beer Kitchen does a nice job of catering to gluten free diners. They have a whole gluten free food and beer/cider menu!

Best service ever!! I placed an online order and then realized it was pick up only. I was not in a condition to drive after a long day at P&L watching the Big 12 tournament. I called to inquire about delivery options. August (born in November) let me know that they do not do delivery but he would go ahead and bring me my order anyway. He truly was a life saver!

Came for music bingo and had a great time! The pretzel and truffle fries were worth getting. Genuinely good happy hour deals and good service!

We showed up decked out in our Texans gear, and everyone was super cool about it. The staff and other patrons were very welcoming after they gave us a good natured, hard time. We ordered and the food was out in no time. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, and we were on our way with a full stomach.

We used to really love coming here, but this last visit was disappointing as far as the food is concerned. They've changed their menu and our appetizer (zucchini fries, super thickly breaded and too sweet) and (gaucho chicken sandwich and the possible burger - quite bland) were just ok. The parmesan truffle fries tasted like old grease. Drinks were good, but the food really wasn't..

I’ve been here several times. Food is delicious. Service is great. The last time I ordered an aperol spritz and it was not good at all. I took two sips and left it there. It is on the pricey side. Parking is what sucks especially in Westport. I had to park 2 blocks away.

Fun atmosphere and all the beers you could ask for. But also, you absolutely come for the burgers. So many options, all delicious and you can’t go wrong! Also a huge fan of their Mac and cheese. Service was great and they can give you recommendations on which beers to try. Honestly all good vibes and no complaints and hope to make it back here soon

Brunch alert! Delicious brunch menu and selections. Loved the Grapefruit mimosas and Bloody Mary, both perfect. Had the Dutch baby with bacon, apples and caramelized onions. Absolutely delicious! Also enjoyed the stacker sandwich with ham, bacon and savory butter bun. Sat at the bar and had superb service! Will add to our rotation for sure!

What do we do before a game if we’re not tailgating? Well, you will always find us here at Beer Kitchen 🍺

Best dinning experience in KC. It's like home on a plate. The service is always amazing and I will tell you, Angel is our go to waitress EVERY time!
Great service, great drink menu, and the BEST food. Hard to beat for the price. It's a must visit before the game or just when you’re visiting KC.

This was our favorite restaurant in KC. Friday night lobster roll was great (not traditional). Beer selection great. Sangria great. Bread pudding very good. Fish and chips very good. Atmosphere nice. Location good. Staff good. Very positive experience. Would go back.

Cute little spot. Food was a definite plus. Their truffle parm fries are better than the Gordon Ramsay restaurant! And their bread pudding 🤑!!!! Madeline, our server, was phenomenal! Helpful with drink recommendations, and knew her stuff! Will for sure be returning!

Order the Gaucho Chicken Sandwich and Croissant Bread Pudding.

The sandwich was had great flavors and was filling. The bread pudding was soft and delicious, not overly sweet.

I would definitely recommend eating here and will be coming back to try something else next time I’m in KS City.
