Had an amazing experience with the location on Danforth (Kelvin Avenue), in Torontk. Great prices and location. Super clean and well maintained. Personnel very customer oriented and with great communication skills - they even remembered my name on the last day and gave us free water bottles. Highly recommended.

Several issues with this location. They advertised first month free but 2 months after I purchased a storage unit and moved in, I received a letter in the mail informing me of an immediate price increase which effectively eliminated any savings. The unit they originally assigned was advertised as 5' x 10' but when I brought a tape measure, I discovered the unit was actually 5' x 8' so I requested I be assigned a new locker. They tried to charge me the moving fee twice because of this move. The manager was constantly hounding me to complete a Google review and give them 5 stars. It was unnerving and I was afraid to speak up about my experience until I had officially closed my account and move out. I would not recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Storage Mart, thanks to Omar. He was incredibly courteous and helpful in understanding and meeting my needs. My unit promotion was about to expire, and he quickly stepped in, offering multiple options and ultimately finding a solution that was both effective and practical. His professionalism, customer service, and problem-solving skills were outstanding. Omer is truly an asset to the organization, and I believe he deserves a promotion for the exceptional service he provides. Highly recommend!

Beware of break-ins & do not trust this facility with your belongings! My storage unit at the Kelvin location was broken into, and several valuable items were stolen. Despite paying for eight months of storage, the so-called ‘secure’ facility failed to protect my possessions. The staff were unhelpful, providing no real assistance or follow-up; just telling me to file a police report. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of money. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable storage option, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The account set up and tour of the facility was handled very quickly and professionally. I love the aspect of access 7 days a week and having an entry code to be able to enter my unit even when the office is closed. The facility is exceptionally clean and the lighting and elevator systems work like a charm!

Just checked in. Natasha at the front desk was extremely friendly, clear and helpful! They have a large, clean facility with great security cameras. Fair prices too with good promotions. (Also had a very smooth and friendly interaction when I initially booked my locker over the phone.) Very happy with the service so far

First 4 weeks free, and the ability to prorate final weeks were great. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building - you could eat off those floors!

At the same time, I visited a competitor this time to check it out but decided to stick with Access Storage. The Access Storage, Toronto Danforth facility at Kelvin Avenue is professionally managed and maintained. The premises are well built and sound. They’re clean and brightly lit. It absolutely feels like your belongings are safe and, in fact, I’ve never had a problem. Natasha, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and went well beyond what would reasonably be expected to help me meet my needs and to move in trouble free. I highly recommend Access Storage and Natasha. I’m happy knowing my belongings are in her hands.

This was my first time using the storage facility and I feel like I hit the jackpot with this location. Very clean, bright and safe. The store manager, Natasha, was wonderful to work with. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I may have had. I will definitely bring my business back here.

All I can is AMAZING!!! The team is great, the place is spotless and the security is very good so my husband and I are always comfortable with our space in the storage place.

The facility is incredibly clean, well-managed, easy to access. The team was very helpful in setting up my locker, explaining how the facility works. I would highly recommend this storage locker. I would not mind if they changed the end time to 11pm, but I managed just fine with 10pm nightly.

Every experience was great. I was moved from one storage location to another and the process so seamless, the staff were always amazing. I was able to move out with ease and would use Access Storage again and would suggest it to friends looking for storage solutions.
