Chainsaw joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2005, following a 22-year career in the United States Air Force where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During his time in the service, Chainsaw received the Distinguished Flying Cross with Valor for heroism in Desert Storm. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a master's degree, Chainsaw holds Series 6, 26, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
