Kelsey joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in September 2019, following a career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. A graduate of West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in finance and management as well as a Master's degree in finance and economics, Kelsey holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses.
