William Nolan joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2013, following a 28-year career in the United States Navy. There, he attained the rank of Captain and served as a Commanding Officer of Sea Control Squadron Three Three, a Naval Aviation Squadron with 200 personnel and 8 S-3B Viking aircraft. He completed seven western pacific deployments during his career. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and the Naval War College with a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies, William holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Maine. He is a Certified Financial Planner.
