It state’s online that oil changes are 10.00 printed on the website and they told me at the dealership in Wooster , per. The associate Matt said that they are 20.00 per change. The website has a 2023 date so why the difference? When I called before the Appointment and I explained my income and all of information over the phone ………the manager said that they could work with me but after my appointment they refused to sell me a car because they said that I didn’t make enough money. They didn’t want to even look at my budget and payments were 350-400 a month . Total waste of time and now they have all my information. I sincerely hope they are not getting people’s information and selling it. I wish I had never called JDBNOW/ JD Byryder. The manager……Mike….. told me to personally ask for him but I was told that he was not there but I don’t know if he even works at that dealership. He may be a phone salesman in another state for all I know. Beware and consider all your options before making a decision on any deals with JDB Now/ JDByryder…….! Update- My appointment was on 1/10/23 and the very next day 1/11/23 the website was updated to 20.00 oil changes for life. Honesty is a 2way street and they muddied the waters from the start. I called them out on it and they didn’t like that so they just decided they didn’t want to deal with me because it was wrong and it’s truly the little things that matter. If they would make an error like that then what else would be next? Will update more if they respond back with some type of apology or response…
