I recently used Enterprise Truck Rental and was highly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. Fahad Rahman, the branch manager took care of the booking process, he was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very professional. The vehicle itself was clean- well maintained and performed good. I had to come back and exchange the truck for another one due to recalls on the F150 but Fahad made the process easy, quick and even said he could come to me for the exchange. I was able to drive to cambridge and quickly exchange the truck for another. I was not explained well about the fee s and the process of adding a secondary driver- this was at another location, and felt very rushed and chaotic. My experience at the Shelldon location in cambridge with Fahad was the exact opposite, yes it can get busy there too but he always thanked me for my patience and attended to providing great service. Thank you Fahad for a smooth, professional, and trustworthy rental experience while my truck was being fixed. I will be back (:
