Dr. Vaughan, a board-certified surgeon, has been practicing breast surgery since 2007. Dr. Vaughan focuses on the spectrum of breast diseases, including new breast masses, abnormal mammograms, nipple discharge, breast cancer, and breast pain. She also consults with high-risk patients, such as those with a family history of breast cancer or prior breast biopsies showing atypical findings. Dr. Vaughan is one of the few breast surgeons in metropolitan St. Louis who perform ductoscopies (small camera to look inside duct to allow minimal excision) to evaluate pathological nipple discharge.
