I have been going to this clinic for years and I have never had a problem. This last appointment I had a change in my contacts. They gave me trials and I told them the brand I liked. I was trying to get them ordered before my insurance termed. I made several calls. I talked to a person AND left a voicemail. My prescription was never filled and when I called the last time to check the status off my order. I was told they were not ordered and they didn't get the message. This was the worst experience.
