I would not recommend working with Qiana’s company . I hired a contractor 1/24 in which hired Q&M property solutions for invoicing and payment draws . First draws payment was submitted 1/28. I’m not going to make this a super long post , Qiana has a lack of professional communication and tone . When I had a issue with the contractors not meeting the deadline they originally gave which was 3 weeks from start date and after last draw was submitted , me and my partner went to the building to inspect the night before , the walls looked terrible , there was cracks and lumps all in the sheet rock . Mind you , no one communicated to us that the work was not going to be finished . So just a concerned customer we pointed out this issue . The contractors then said they need to fix it etc . The next day , the contractors decided to put me on the phone with Qiana , she started off in a very nasty tone stating “you knew who I was” etc referring to if I had a issue I should have called her . Long story short , I did a few days prior . Qiana did not care to see my point of view in which I’m the customer , but yet spoke over me continuously very defensive and would not let me speak . The conversation later followed up and she continued with a very nasty nonchalant tone , stating irrelevant information such as “my daughter is older than you” , “I have multiple business “ , “I’m not green to business” etc like disrespectful and irrelevant. She even mentioned about me not responding to her text in which was already handled . (In which was a recorded conversation) Speaking very irrelevant to the matter of that the contractors and her failed to communicate on not being finished by the deadline (mind you they actually missed 3 deadlines) the project kept being prolonged . It’s a way to speak to customers and relay information without a defensive tone, even if I was wrong . You listen then talk , simple . She did all this trying to “little girl” me when I’m a grown woman (30 to be exact) and assuming things , don’t disrespect me . And then in the same breath act like you trying to help a “young black woman”. The fact of the matter she was upset that I didn’t communicate with her , when in reality they are the ones I hired , if your contractors wasn’t going to meet the deadline , why wasn’t anyone communicating to the client , I’ve lost money and time dealing with her and the contractors, simply off lack of communication. The contractors are now still 2 weeks out from the original deadline , what shouldn’t have never happened was asking for the last draws payment for “close out” when in fact the contractors wasn’t even near closing out. I only paid because I didn’t want any delays on the project , in which there still was. Qiana acted like she knew what was going on at the property when in fact she didn’t , her and the contractors were saying different dates. I would NOT recommend this company , it’s unfortunate I have so many people I could have referred that was waiting for my experience and I’m absolutely not . And another thing Qiana , since you know so much about business, you share the same business name as several other business ! I don’t care how long you’ve been in business but obviously lack of professionalism wasn’t mastered either evidently. I will be sure to also make a review on the contractors business . This experience was terrible .
