I called Cambridge because my ac wasn't getting cold enough. At first, they said it would probably be 2 weeks before they could get to me because the schedule was so full, but then they managed to get to me a week later. My unit was frozen up so the tech had to come back the next day to refill freon but he came back as promised and fixed a leak, cleaned my ac unit, and got us up and running. Now my only complaint is that it's too cold! Lol
Seriously though, I'm very happy with the customer service I received and would recommend them to anyone. They also guarantee their work which gives me peace of mind.
