I entered family medicine because I wanted to build trusting relationships with my patients and get to know and care for them as individual people, not just as patients. My goal is that each patient leaves my office feeling listened to and appropriately cared for. I enjoy educating them about their health care concerns, and often find I learn from them as well. I am constantly striving to better myself as a provider so that I can make a positive impact in my patients' lives. I am an avid hiker and nature lover. I have hiked over 1,600 miles of the Appalachian Trail and encourage everyone to give hiking a try for their physical and emotional well-being.
